I have ordered LOTH for our churches for years. As always, the coffee is good. Getting customer service is next to impossible. Sent multiple emails and tried to call due tomissuescwithnordering and using shopify. Had no response. Tear and brew is usually out of stock. Wholesale ordering is difficult to navigate. Did not receive free shipping despite the screen clearly showing "free shipping" (and despite reporting this error previously). The order was delayed. We support the farmers through coffee but the distributor and customer service side of the business needs work. There has not been a dedicated wholesale agent for a few years now and it shows.

My husband and I have been hooked ever since we tried the first time. And we love the fact that we can help other people in the process.

I have bought so many different types of coffee as well as multiple coffee makers trying to find the perfect cup . For me, this is the very best I have ever had. Smooth, no bitter aftertaste, subtle and bursting with flavor. I purchased the Ruli recommended by a friend. I am not a fan of strong taste and this one is perfect for me!

I love the citrusy, fruity taste of beans sourced from Uganda and Ethiopia. I have struggled to find coffee locally as consistently good as Land of a Thousand Hills. Keep up the good work!
