Roasters Choice - Colombia Pacamara 64

Bag Size
Grind

The Pacamara variety is a hybrid of the smaller Pacas and large, stalky Maragogipe. Pacamara is a highly celebrated varietal around the world due to its distinctive cup characteristics, which are uncommon and sometimes unexpectedly captivating.  The unusually large size of the beans is notable as well.  The "64" refers to the number of hours the cherries are fermented in the tank; this extended fermentation process boosts sweetness, complexity, and texture.

We love the notable, sweet flavors and smooth mouthfeel this coffee offers and are so excited to share it with you!  We have a very limited amount of this coffee; If you are a lover of unique coffees, you don't want to miss this selection.                                            - The Thousand Hills roasting team

Beans are great, wait time was not

From order till delivery i took almost 3 weeks for the beans to arrive. Advertised as a "just roasted" I was extremely excited to experience this run of Columbian beans! Unfortunately they were quite delayed getting in, so I could not experience them fresh. But so far love it! Hopefully get to try them more fresh next time.
