About this coffee

In Kinyarwanda, Kira means "to be blessed" and Ikawa (EeKAHwah)  means "coffee."

A darker roast of its sibling, Muraho Morning, Kira Ikawa leans toward a caramel sweetness with a bold, roasty finish. This is both our darkest and our most traditional roast - African coffee the way your grandfather would like it.

NOT ORGANIC

I ordered this bag for a friend. She was disappointed that it wasn’t organic and said she would be going back to her original certified organic brand.

Great coffee. Great cause. We have a friend who is a coffee critic- we shared your coffee with him and he was very impressed. We also love the decaf. Thanks.

Delicious!

We recently ordered a 5 pound bag of Kira Ikawa. It is excellent, and we would recommend it! So thrilled that we can have delicious coffee from Land of a Thousand Hills, since we don’t live nearby.
