Ordered my usual 7 lbs of coffee, trust me its that good ira-ikawa and do good, well the order got screwed up and I was sent whole bean instead of ground, LOTH emailed me and said we screwed up your offer and to keep the whole bean coffee. Well I didnt receive this order for almost a week, emailed them again and said "hey wheres this coffee?". They thought they didnt send it and sent me another 5lbs of coffee.. Needless to say with their awesome customer experience, I have coffee to last the year ( probably not , its that good) they didnt ask for the extra 5lbs back ( i emailed them when I received it) now that is customer service.. thanks Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee. Will definitely keep ordering coffee from you all.
