Colombia Dulima - Mountain Water Processs

Dulima is a blend of coffee from small holder farmers in cetral and southern Huila, Colombia. Farmers produce outstanding coffees which are carefully selected through a rigorous sensory analysis to guarantee the profile consistency and quality. Mountain Water Process coffees are decaffeinated using pure spring water from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in Mexico. This process retains all the flavor and nuance inherent to the green coffee while removing 99% of the naturally occuring caffeine, all without the use of chemical additives or solvents.
