About this coffee

From the farms of Rwanda, an uncommon cherry known as a peaberry is harvested and separated from the rest of the crop. Peaberries make up about 5% of all the coffee harvested in the world. Peaberries are the result of a natural genetic variation where only one of the two coffee seeds in a cherry is fertilized, thereby producing a much smaller and rounder bean instead of the common larger, flat bean shape.

Delicious Coffee

The coffee was roasted and shipped very quickly. The whole beans were so good, I really tasted the difference from other coffe I've had. I will definitely order from Thousand Hills again.

Perfection!

Hands down the best coffee I've ever had, though none of the flavors I've tried have disappointed. No brand will ever be able to measure up to LOTH. None.

Another great coffee

This time I tried Rwanda Peaberry - so smooth and flavorful. You can almost tell right away opening the bag the smell is wonderful as well as it is hand grinding the beans. Perfect for morning latte.

Great peaberry bean

I love this peaberry coffee. I blend it with the Buhoro Buhoro Rwanda Decaf so I don't get the jitters and it's a winning combination!

Perennial Favorite

We usually order several different varieties, but Rwandan Peaberry has always been my favorite. The lighter medium roast highlights a nice citrusy flavor that's perfect for me.
