Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy

When placing your orders please remember that we make all efforts to roast, pack, and ship out your coffee the following business day. To be safe, please assume that your order will ship within two business days of placing the order.

We ship via FedEx and USPS Monday – Friday. These carriers also observe most national holidays, so that may affect shipping times. We currently ship to all 50 US States and Canada.

If you order online, we’ll send you a notification when your order has shipped containing a tracking number. If it’s been 48 hours and you still haven’t heard from us, please let us know.

Cancellation requests must be made before 2:00pm EST the following business day that the order was processed.

Coffee Products

Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee is committed to freshness and seasonality. We roast all coffee to order and work to ensure that each customer receives the best version of exactly what they ordered. In order to uphold this commitment and because of the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns.

However, if there are any errors in your order or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please call our office within a week of receiving your order.

Merchandise and Coffee Gear

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unused merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Items purchased online can only be returned through the mail. We are not able to accept returns at our cafe locations.

Refund Policy

Refunds requested with 30 days from purchase date will be issued back to the original form of payment minus shipping cost. Requests made after 30 days, a store credit gift card will be issued minus shipping costs.

Damaged Shipment Policy

We are happy to replace any items damaged in transit. We typically ask for a photo of the damage to pass along to our shipping department in case there is a trend in breakage. Additionally, if the box was also damaged, a photo of that can help us get information to our shipping carriers.

Subscription Terms of Service

LTH Coffee currently offers three subscription types: including rebillable month-to-month subscriptions (“Monthly Subscriptions”), every two-week subscriptions (“Bi-weekly Subscription”) and prepaid subscriptions (“Prepaid Subscriptions”) with 3 months, 6 months or 12 months options.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS

With respect of LTH Coffee subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that LTH Coffee may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before LTH Coffee reasonably could act.

MONTHLY and BI-WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

By purchasing a Monthly or Bi-weekly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. LTH Coffee will bill subscriptions on the same date of enrollment each month/biweekly at 6:30am EST.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY and BI-WEEKLY RENEWAL TERMS

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods or bi-weekly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly or bi-weekly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Monthly or Bi-weekly Subscription renewal. Renewal will begin and be charged on the same date of the month as enrollment date.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY or BI-WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

Subscription services can be canceled anytime after the three (3) order minimum commitment has been fulfilled.

In the event that your payment card has expired or declined and the payment card is not updated before eight (8) attempts to capture payment, your subscription will automatically be canceled.

To cancel your Monthly or Bi-weekly Subscription at any time, you may (i) logon to your account, on your dashboard page click “Manage Subscription” and follow the cancellation procedures there, or (ii) send us a message at info {at} drinkcoffeedogood.com and we will process the cancellation for you. If you cancel, we are not able to stop the shipment of any subscriptions after 2:00pm EST and a refund will not be issued.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY or BI-WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL TERMS

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods or bi-weekly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly or bi-weekly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Monthly or Bi-weekly Subscription renewal. Renewal will begin and be charged on the same date of the month as enrollment date.

PREPAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

By purchasing a Prepaid Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for three (3) months, six (6) months or twelve (12) months of service and a recurring at the then-current Pre-paid Subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. LTH Coffee will bill pre-paid subscriptions on the same date as enrollment date at 6:30am EST.

AUTOMATIC PREPAID RENEWAL TERMS

At the end of each pre-paid subscription term, your subscription will be automatically extended for another term of three (3) months, six (6) months or twelve (12) months and your payment method will automatically be charged the at the then-current three (3) months, six (6) months or twelve (12) months Subscription rate until you cancel your Pre-Paid Subscription renewal.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

You may only cancel your current Pre-paid Subscription anytime after the three (3) order minimum commitment has been fulfilled. To cancel your Pre-paid Subscription renewal for the following term, at any time after you were billed for the then-current term, you may (i) logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, or (ii) send us a message at info {at} drinkcoffeedogood.com and we will process your cancellation. If you cancel, we are not able to stop the shipment of any subscriptions after 2:00pm EST and a refund will not be issued.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL TERMS

All subscription types identified as being a gift for another recipient during the enrollment process will not automatically renew.
