This Christmas, give a gift that is transforming small coffee farming communities in Rwanda.
The coffee that is processed at our Ruli Mountain washing station comes from three primary communities in Rwanda: Ruli, Mbilima, and Huro. Farmers and families within these communities are experiencing transformation, hope, and justice as our partnering coffee farmers receive a living wage, and Land of a Thousand Hills is able to reinvest into their communities. This is all made possible as you Drink Coffee. Do Good.
These limited edition Farmers of Ruli gift sets include three 12 oz bags, each one containing coffee from the Ruli, Mbilima, and Huro regions, and each bag features a farmer from those regions. These coffees were processed individually at our Ruli Mountain coffee washing station and then exported to our roastery in Roswell, GA, where they are roasted fresh daily. So when you drink Mbilima coffee, you are enjoying the fruit of labor from Murindabiguri Laurent and other farmers from this small region. Rwakabuga Andrew is from the Huro region and Emmanuel Gatare from Ruli. Each coffee is roasted to a medium roast and has its own subtle nuances in the tasting notes.
In addition, each gift set includes a postcard for each community, sharing a piece of the featured farmer’s story and how coffee is transforming lives in their community.
The Farmers of Ruli Mountain coffee gift set is a great way to Do Good with your Christmas giving and share the stories of transformation and hope that our friends and partners in Rwanda are experiencing! Add your own personal gift message and invite others into the Drink Coffee. Do Good. story.
